A reasonably quick response from the third party recovery company.
Having to report my breakdown via the portal is not what I expected & having to plot my location on a tiny map was quite stressful also having to pay a £20 fee before any recovery action was taken was a surprise, I suppose that was in the small print somewhere.
Only having the option of being recovered a maximum of 10 miles from the breakdown location wasn’t helpful.
So it’s a 3 star review from me.
