The breakdown truck arrived in less than 30 minutes and the mechanic was helpful, polite and very professional. My only niggle was with the call centre message which was far too long at a very frazzled time. Continually trying to point to the internet for a breakdown is plain ridiculous. Not everyone has internet access 24/7 and some people remain technophobes - particularly seniors
