Awful. Had no Internet signal and kept getting told to go to the portal rather than call. Took 5 hours to get the vehicle out and in general were far more concerned with collecting their fee than getting us home.
I was with my 2 year old and pregnant partner, they sent the wrong towing vehicle that wouldnt fit us all in so we'd have to get a cab home.
