The support of Leanne yesterday was exceptional. I'm 66 and was driving alone from Scotland when I broke down on the A1M southbound between j 40/41. I felt vulnerable and stressed and Leanne was cal. and supportive as was Jake who collected me. The A1 was the busiest I've ever seen it and the traffic was all but stationary so it all took time but the telephone support was excellent...
