Quick to answer initial phone call. BUT I struggled with the text as I have arthritis in my hands so tapping a message is not easy. Gave up after 3 attempts and phoned again. The lady who answered was very helpful and took the needed info on the phone. Much easier for me. The rescue driver arrived at the given time, very polite and efficient.
