So the first experience was good where I could talk to someone. Then I was sent a link which didn’t work and I couldn’t log in. Luckily I wasn’t on the side of the road as I was extremely distressed when my steering went. I did manage to get to work.
I eventually logged on to my computer and then spoke to someone who updated more stuff.
I am a teacher and all of this was so difficult to sort out as I had lessons. All of this takes time!!
The best experience was the guy who came to collect the car and take it to the garage.
He was efficient and knowledgeable.
