Ben was extremely helpful with problems I was having with online booking
However I would say that having tried to book an appointment online for windscreen replacement I was unable to as couldn’t tap appointments space, so had to be transferred to auto windscreen directly It took 20 plus minutes as had to go through all the information again with lady there You need to sort your website out for booking appointments
