The call centre service was BRILLIANT He was calm and understanding as I messed with my technology in order to give him necessary info….. and patiently explained how I could access payment over the phone.
The recovery mechanic was punctual and quick to arrive. Kind, thorough, efficient, and ensured all the onboard tech was working before he left. SUPERB.
A great experience all round…( that is if you have to breakdown 😉)
