Excellent service from One Call Rescue when my car broke down. From the first phone call clearly advising how the rescue works - to a repair technician arriving promptly on sight. He was professional and thorough, explaining the error on my car and that further investigation was needed before repairing. One Call Rescue arranged transport that same day - within a few hours for my car to be delivered to my local garage. The pick up person was very skilled and mindful about transporting the car. Overall, a 10/10 service - made easier knowing it is all part of my Gold plan with One Call Car Insurance. Very happy for a Brilliant job.
