The first time I had to use the service took a while, and the guy said the battery was useless.
The 2nd time I had to (this time) was great! Very quick response time and the guy simply jump-started the car, told me to take it for a 20 min spin and was nice, friendly and personable to boot.
Very highly recommended :P (the 2nd time, not the 1st...)
