First time in 40 years of owning a car that I've needed this service. Not knowing what to do I rang the helpline and spoke to a young lady who gave me clear instructions of what to do. Somehow I lost contact but after speaking to another lady I was given a link and it was straightforward from there on. I was given estimated time of 1hr 23 mins for breakdown truck to arrive, bang on time. As he wasn't able to repair, he towed my car to a local garage, very courteous young man, I cannot fault this service.
