It was before the call centre was open in the morning so I used the online portal to request help and was surprised at how easy it was. I was glad the call centre had opened later as I needed to tell them the street address of the house I was in was different to the address of the garage the car was in - the garage was accessed via the other side of the building. The breakdown guy was fantastic and I'd like to give my thanks again. He was so helpful, Gabe me advice on top of fixing the issue and I really can't thank him enough.
