Excellent customer service by somebody who took the time to understand my predicament.
After being advised a very exact arrival time (12:36, about an hour after my initial call) and I was very pleasantly surprised when the breakdown truck arrived after only 30 minutes.
Breakdown guy was very professional and the car loaded within about 10 minutes of arrival.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service provided!
