The breakdown call handler Adam, was very helpful and sorted out the booking of my recovery really quickly.
However, the portal needs some amendments as it is not easy to navigate and when you want to book a new claim, it asks you to call the main number. Once you call and explain the situation, you get sent another link to exactly the same portal and no option of creating a new claim!
