I was in an area that didn't have a good internet connection so when I finally got through to TF3 he was very helpful with suggestions. However as I was such a long way from home with my granddaughter I just wanted to go home. He kept me informed throughout my waiting time which was about 4 hours and booked me a female recovery driver that could take us home. Thank you.
