It was Bank Holiday Monday 15.45 , and I acquired a flat tyre away from home . I got in touch with the office online ( they closed at 16.00 )filled in a few details they logged my request and gave me a rough estimate of the time the recovery vehicle would get to me .
Within the hour Eurotow truck arrived sorted the issue temporarily and followed me home to make sure there were no more problems . Thank you so much BP2 . Great service .
