Polite and professional call handlers. ETA of recovery vehicle though was 1.5 hours. After hearing nothing, I called again after 2 hours and was told it would now be 2.5 hours. Eventually I waited FOUR HOURS for the recovery vehicle to turn up. No attempt to diagnose or repair the problem, just a tow to the garage and left to make my own way home.
£10 excess initially quoted increased to £20 after booking.
