Although the distance involved is quite small ( approx 25 miles) it is very disconcerting to breakdown in TOTAL darkness on a very busy road , we were dealt with VERY efficiently by agent at one call and the recovery truck . The total time between initial call at 8-15 pm and arrival home at 9-45 was only 90 mins .Thank you.
