Within a very short while of reporting the breakdown, we were given an expected time of arrival, around 1.5 hours. Just 15 mins later, the breakdown driver rang to say he was on his way, the app was also updated. He arrived shortly after that, and the car was brought home quickly, well exceeding the 1.5 hour target given just for his arrival. He made a stressful situation a lot easier.
