He kept me informed of his progress on his way to reach me and communicated well with me.
The traffic conditions were really challenging and he went the extra mile, I felt, in trying to find a satisfactory solution to what could have been a really stressful situation for me. I felt he was genuinely concerned for my welfare. He was professional, calm and knowledgeable. I appreciated his help.
