Gn3 was brilliant, he’d stopped for the day, but was local and instead of just leaving for a pick from another person who may have been much further away he took it, came out within 30 mins and sorted the issues he deserves praise and a monthly award if you have one for going over and above on the customer service. He ask explained the issue and gave me tips to make sure it starts tomorrow morning!
