The first person on phone wasn't particularly helpful,but a lady took over and she was good
The rescue vehicle took a very detoured route which I queried,driver not helpful just said we have to stick to motorways
As I paid £3 per mile I felt I was being ripped off by upping the mileage
The driver was not helpful and refused to take us a mile from the garage to home!.
