EA5 immediately understood my problem, with no fuss. Her sentences started very clearly but, at the end, were hard to hear. Nevertheless, EA5 repeated questions, to help me clearly hear them. My tow truck driver was friendly and helpful, arriving about 25 mins after One Call contacted him. He then sorted out my car's battery, identified another problem, and got my car to the garage promptly. A great service from EA5.
