The person that came out to me had such a wonderful kind manner and really helped reduce what could have been a much more stressful day. I had had a tyre puncture and although we had a spare tyre in the boot, the tyre nut was in our glove box which was jammed shut. I was duty doctor at the surgery and my car was parked outside. The service gentleman was so warm and helpful and took all of it in his stride. I was able to leave him whilst he tried all the measures to get the glovebox open. He managed all of it. Please let him know how grateful I am for the exceptional service he provided. He was so lovely and reassuring throughout. I really am very grateful.
