I have been waiting on hard shoulder of M40 motorway and I was advised that an agent would be with me around 11:12am. I kept waiting and after almost an hour later I called again and they said they will need another 35 minutes to arrive, I am still waiting. Note I paid almost £200 extra because one call said my basic coverage did not cover the long distance recovery (I was 65 miles away from home). They didn't have the decency to call me to let me know they were running late. I had call to find out!
Outrageous, I would not recommend One Call at all.
