I had a flat tyre , it was very easy to contact the breakdown service by submitting an online form . The response was quick and they helped me getting my car to be taken to the nearest garage.they even cancelled the first rescue service as I contacted them complaining that the service was going to take too long to reach me . They cancelled and rebooked and the second rescue service was swift . Unexpected breakdown is an awful experience and I am grateful to one call insurance for rescuing me ..
