From start to finish it was excellent. I reported breakdown via customer portal and was kept notified throughout especially an estimated time of arrival, which is very helpful and details of recovery team ie who to expect.Matt (id BP2) also called 15 minutes in advance of arrival and introduced himself. Mat was excellent. He was very polite, cheerful, patient and above all else very informative and gave essential advice going forward. He is a credit to the recovery service. Many thanks to Matt for making an unpleasant experience a lot better.
