From the moment our call was answered until we arrived home we felt we were in good hands. The person that answered was polite, friendly and professional and made sure to cover everything, confirming all the details we gave several times.
We were told the repair truck would arrive within an hour and it arrived within 45 minutes. On the hottest day of the year this was good news. We were loaded up and taken to our local garage near home and the driver was polite and professional as well. For us, this was top service under an often stressful situation.
