Probably the worst telecom company I have had the misfortune to deal with in over 30 years.
Refuse our properly signed direct debit blaming GDPR then charges for not paying by direct debit. Months of promises but no action. Must be the only company ever who stated they cannot raise an invoice. Avoid like the plague.
