I personally would like to send a message to the Senior management of Onecom regarding their Digital Customer Service Advisor Casey Moxham. I want you to know you have a STAR in your organisation, such a professional and dedicated member who went above and beyond her duties to solve my problem with Onecom. She personally grasp the problem I had and has over this week gone out of her way to keep me informed of the progress regarding solving the issue. I have had dealing with many Customer Service Departments in my time and I’ve never come across such a positive and friendly attitude.
