Appalling service. I'm with Vodaphone who couldn't even inform me that they had transferred the management of my account to onecom.
I need to leave the contract they offered me and it is proving almost impossible. I was told I had to pay a fee to exit, and when I reminded them of the 14 day cooling off period, the operator lied and wrote down that she had told me of that I'm going to offcom.
