Kiren did find a problem with my phone
I had phoned a few times before and had been told the fault had been rectified
He promptly sent me a new Sim Card which arrived yesterday I had never been told that Sim Cards have a limited life Unfortunately other problems have since occurred but that is nothing to do with him
