I had an issue with my vodafone signal when using wifi and spoke to Kealey who was immediately able to identify the problem, she took me through some troubleshooting steps and then explained that she would check up on me in a few days to ensure that the issue has been resolved and to check if I needed further assistance; sure enough I received a number of calls and emails checking up on the issue. Great service and as a business owner who relies on mobile contact OneCom and Kealey couldnt have done better.
