After having rung the customer helpline where it advises to use the chat function on the website I was put straight 5hrough to an agent by the name of Molly C. It is a nice touch to be put straight through to what I assume was a human being amd not a bot from the start.
Molly C was able to diagnose my issue straight away amd offer a solution. A follow up email has also been sent that just adds to the overall feeling that I am valued customer.
