So many BAD reviews on One Day Only! I bought 2 of an item- one was not sent and ther other one broke in ONE DAY ONLY. I called customerservice and appalling service and no recourse. Jesse told me that I would have to wait14 days for a decision- he admitted this was excessive! Now here I sit with a broken product 20 days later and no news in the product not delivered- basically money stolen from me. And still no return of the delivered product. BUYER BEWARE
