It is now one month later and my product that I have paid for has still not been delivered. This is after numerous calls to an utterly useless customer care centre. I am at my wits end and one thing for sure is that I will not be ordering from them again. It's all good till it goes wrong and then you can't get the problem sorted.....disgraceful really!

Generally good service till something goes wrong and then you find out how utterly useless their help centre is. Beware guys especially on high ticket items , they have my money and I have no product 🙈

I bought a Christmas tree from Onedayonly. The delivered product is of bad quality and is not the same as the product advertised. I asked for a return and a refund and customer service keeps on telling me that they have contacted the supplier and are waiting for their response. Onedayonly cannot be in partnership with suppliers that don't take care of customer queries, especially returns and refunds.

Placed an order and they took so long until the let me know its been shipped....but receveid an email sayingbsorry one of the suppliers dont have stock anymore... bad bad service. The shoeuld not accept your order if the supplier dont have enough stock.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I recently bought a pair of On Cloud shoes from them and simply wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. To my surprise, they refused, claiming they only order a certain amount. This makes no sense, especially since in the past, they allowed me to exchange a pillow (which they sent in the wrong size!) for a smaller one without any hassle. The shoes are far more expensive than the pillow, and I expected better service for such a high-value purchase. The inconsistency in how they handle exchanges is frustrating and unacceptable. If they can exchange a cheap pillow, they should absolutely be able to do the same for more expensive shoes. This is a clear sign of poor customer service, and I won’t be shopping here again. Beware if you’re considering buying from them! They are unreliable when it comes to exchanges, and you may end up stuck with something that doesn’t fit or work for you. Don’t fall into the same trap I did – take your business elsewhere where they actually care about their customers!

Placed 4 orders and did an eft in time. Due to an system error on their side all my orders was cancelled !!!! Did not notify me !!! I only dicover it when I traced my orders as it was birthday gifts !!!! Tanya at oned ay not helpful at all. Tuff we will pay your money back. No effort to resolve their error !!! Delivery fees also high where other online companies no charge on delivery. Will never use them again . Terrible terrible experience !!!!!!

I have to beg this company to collect a return. On 2 occasions they have promised to collect and not pitched up. Now they want me to drop the parcel off. Totally unacceptable

I bought an item from them, but they unlawfully subscribed me to two "services" and debited my account WITHOUT my authorization. I've reported these actions as fraud to my bank and cancelled my debit card to ensure they do not proceed with further illegal conduct. Unprofessional conduct and a company that is bogus - just stay away from them.

I ordered for the first time and when I ordered it said that my item would arrive in 5-10 days. A week or so later I look at my order and this lead time has changed suddenly to 7-20 days. This in my eyes is completely false advertising or misleading sales and I realised their prices aren't even good. I honestly suggest steering clear of this company, they seem to be trying to scam people.

i bought a kessler mixer last month, as soon as the mixer was installed we noticed that the other tap was licking even though we open a different tap, also the top part of the mixer was lose. so i send an email to onedaydeal to help, first they asked me to uninstall the mixer and send to them which i did but not its been more than 2 weeks and no one is helping me. they keep referring to the supplier and when i call the supplier they also cant help. i egret buying anything expensive with them as they are useless when it come to returns.

Not sure if they order from the moon. But the orders from this company take the longest. I have ordered from Superbalist, had it delivered, and had the courier come fetch it for return, and then had the replacement delivered.... yet onedaylonly order is still in transit somewhere. Sort out your warehous and change your couriers you bellends.

I only buy items that is cheaper at one deal than other places. I have received items that is broken in the past but never complained. I recently ordered wireless earphones - July 2023. When received, not working at all. Notified them on the same day of delivery. Sent emails to info@redchilli.co.za & also whatsapp messages as they now work via whatsapp. To date no response from them. Bad communication when you have a problem but quick response to orders. Very disappointed

Deliveries take ages… I placed an order on 6 August 2023 - It still says order in progress. Today is the 23rd and I still have no idea when my order will be delivered. Worst experience of any online shopping app.
