We have received the griller thanks, however upon opening the item the one knob is defected and wasn't even installed on. Kindly advise as to what the procedure to exchange. I will also attach pictures. A prompt response is appreciated. Thanks Message sent on the 07/02/2025 . Todate i am still waiting for a response .I have sent messages on watts app on all the no's given as well as the admin on gmail..The griller was bought for a wedding gift ..CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE RESPOND

I deposit the money through my account for order number #3327773 on the 17 March 2021, suddenly my order have been cancelled....I send the proof of payment as your request..no respond after sending the proof of payment, it seems this it’s scam... I need my refund or my order please
