“Even though I had issues with the courier company that one day only use, the courier was at fault for allowing someone to take my parcel and sign as me, i worked with Andre who is the Snr Team Leader at One day only who was reassuring and gave stable communication to sort this matter out which was the courier companys fault,not one day only. He needs recognition for providing me with constant reassurance and a plan to resolve the matter but most importantly, he treated me with respect and not just a number who bought from the site. Andre genuinely showed compassion and provided the best possible service, and will go to whatever lengths it takes to ensure you the complaint was dealt with, plus he followed up knowing my son was sick and asked how he was ontop of providing me with constant feedback on the matter. He definitely deserves recognition as he made me feel heard with my complaint about someone else getting my order and signing my name with the courier company. Thank you Andre”

“I ordered a Lenovo "10" tablet. I received it within 4 days and i got what i order, no complaints and I'm Happy. To be honest i didn't trust this app :)”

“they have a wonderful variety of products and at greatly discounted prices for a 24hr period , whole experience is great , the delivery time could be faster and perhaps the free pargo days where they allow free drop offs could be a bit more often”
