“I bought the reversible couch protector, its been advertised as 92" so should fit easily on a 3 seater, false advertising , reading thru all the reviews i wont bother to send it back, wont buy again”

“DONT BUY FROM ONE DAY ONLY! I ordered a diffuser/humidifier and it stopped working within days of receiving it. Have sent 2 emails and no one bothers to respond.”

“I have on 2 occasions now ordered and paid via eft, sending the proof of payment to the directed mail only to receive multitudenous mails advising my payment has not been received. Even upon resending (the brilliant our agents are are on skeleton staff?) I am still advised that payment was not made. A refund gets made 5 - 10 days later, no mention of my bank charges etc. This is a right royal farce!”

“Beware. Should you receive a faulty item you will be atuck with it. Their returns do not work. You will be unable to contact them. Their Customer Service does NOT EXIST.”

“Absolutely no customer service.... they hide behind the fact that you cannot call them, only email with no responses whatsoever or on messenger with sometimes empty promises. Absolutely no accountability which means no respect. Don't even deserve 1 star”

“Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I’ve never had a problem with my payments and proof of payments. I listed them under a beneficiary on my online banking. Not helpful at all, not considerate and best of all don’t think you will get any personal emails. They all pre - typed and all they will do is bold something to “ enhance” the problem. Does it look like I can’t read? So disappointed, done doing business with you. Will not recommended to anyone, absolutely PATHETIC service. Been a customer for so long and this is how we get treated?? D.O.N.E.”

“1. On the item Set Of Two : USB Mosquito Killer of which I ordered x 3. I should have received 6 USB Mosquito Killer, instead I only received 3. 2. Then on the Item Solar Camping Light, the incorrect items were delivered. I HAVE SENT THEM 6 EMAILS. THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS”

“Hi I have been informed by the courier company that my shipment was hijacked last Monday 2020-01-04, I have contacted One day only on three occasions once by e-mail and twice on their website with no feedback. I would like to receive the goods as ordered. My refence number is 3088411”
