This is the first time I have had a bad experience 😕 it makes me wonder if I should try again. Yesterday I decided to buy the digital wall clock, whilst I was paying I was asked if I would like to add an automatic vacuum cleaner for R99. I agreed and it said my order had gone through. I while later I receive an email stating my cart is empty but they are holding the wall clock for me. I try to purchase it again, but it insists I purchase it through WhatsApp. I don't have the app on my tablet and don't want to add it either. I sent a WhatsApp message on my mobile and I am still waiting a reply.
If this is how you are going to operate in future then I would like my personal information deleted and doubt I will purchase anything again.
