I understand that at Christmas time its going to get busy and maybe some people will be disappointed by not receiving their goods in time.
I placed an order for 2 items in NOVEMBER.
One item delivered and the other missing. NO communication.
Apart from the missing item the worst thing is that NO ONE RESPONDS TO MY MAILS.
Yes you get the auto reply but that's all - No OTHER RESPONSE!!
