The most disappointing online stores in SA. While the deals appear to be good, the total lack of customer support makes one wonder why a company like this is even still operating.
Nothing other than generic replies to delivery queries, more than double the quoted time-frame and no idea when to expect delivery of the order. There are no contact details on the website other than a customer portal, so one relies on this to get updates or answers to queries.
Really disappointed with the service.
