I order a patio lounge set from One day only, it arrived in the incorrect colour and was missing cushions which were part of the purchase . It has been over a month and still nothing has been rectified, all I seem to be doing is writing endless emails with no action been taken .
Why don’t they have any telephone number that one can use to follow up on their query ? This is ridiculous how shocking their after sale service is. I’m so disgusted !
