Despite ordering couple of weeks ago and nothing with names having to be printed etc I am now in a situation 2 days before Christmas with no presents for my kids. I have been emailing daily for the last week but only received AUTOMATED RESPONSE every time. It said 7-10 days delivery when I ordered and no mention of any difficulties with delivery etc. But the worst part was no communication to give update on my order. They had time to take my money but didn’t have the time to show common decency and communicate. So upset and disappointed with O Neill’s. S very mean thing to do
