It was returned two days later as unacceptable to return
as it had signs of being worn, this was not the case,
and had to have been on the shirt from the get go,
I spoke to customer service and it's manager, who stood firm that no mistakes could be made on their side, as the quality control would have seen it, so no one at O'Neill's ever wear make up and must wash there hands after every item of every sale is packed , and they also have lights to 100% check every item, They Make No Mistakes Ever,
so it's buyer beware, especially on white goods it seems,
The fact that a 21 year old will examine a top before he has tried it on, and report defects is ridiculous really when buying something you shouldn't have to inspect it,it should be new !! So it's buyer beware standards, and when I asked the question, he couldn't say no!! Because that's how they roll it seams, anyway any young lad buying tops make sure they are 100% scrutinized before you return on you'll be left with it,”

“Purchased $70+ jersey that was sized for a toddler. "Tight fit" was an extreme understatement. I purchased a larger size due to the notation, and it was still doll sized. What's worse is the company would not honor a return (even for shop credit) because the item was "outside of their return window" (28 days during the holidays?!). It was purchased early (10/27/24 - with the return inquiry made 12/22/24) as a holiday present that had to be shipped internationally to me, wrapped, and then shipped internationally again, to the recipient. Most companies offer an extended return window during the holidays - these guys just tell you to pound sand. Use caution when purchasing gifts from this company. I'll never make the mistake again.”

“Despite ordering couple of weeks ago and nothing with names having to be printed etc I am now in a situation 2 days before Christmas with no presents for my kids. I have been emailing daily for the last week but only received AUTOMATED RESPONSE every time. It said 7-10 days delivery when I ordered and no mention of any difficulties with delivery etc. But the worst part was no communication to give update on my order. They had time to take my money but didn’t have the time to show common decency and communicate. So upset and disappointed with O Neill’s. S very mean thing to do”
“I placed my order on the 6th December early in the day and I got email saying that would be out 1-5days. I am still waiting and I needed them for the all ireland girls final on Saturday. I'm so so so disappointed that items that all in stock takes this long to come to me. Eventide tried to get a answer about it I have to talk to the chat button which says it's busy time so delivery is longer. But never was that mentioned while I was placing order. So disappointed”
