Sale went through OK.
However, not pleased with necessity to provided netbank passwords for larger transactions - in fact, I couldn't believe this was being requested!! Obviously, I didn't do this and went elsewhere for second sale.
Also, I on two separate occasions I asked for a callback from 'Victoria' to answer a couple of queries. Eventually, a week or more later she did return call but by then the sale was all finished. Clearly, not impressed with (in effect) no follow up.
