Horrible experience! Order of Oneplus 8T placed on 15th of October and has not shipped until now. When I contacted Oneplus they said "order will ship soon just wait" and it cannot be cancelled because they have no cancellation policy! I own the Oneplus 6 and the phone itself is decent but this is simply crazy! How you do not have a cancellation policy!!!
I lost my money and these scammers won't ship the phone or refund the amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY.
