AWFUL... TRULY AWFUL...
Ordered a pair of headphones, 4 weeks still nothing... Chatted to online staff, no answers, just its on the way...
Another week goes by, nothing!!
Back onto online staff, they cant help, cant pass me to a manager... then after 2 hours, yes two hours of chatting to online staff... I get put onto a manager... who apologies and offers me 10 dollars as compensation for long delays.... LOLOL as if I'd shop in One Plus again... so 10000 dollars be no good to me... especially when they cant even get a paid of headphones delivered!!!
Truly shocking and awful service
No legal department!!
No complaints department!!
Refund demanded then, another 7 days wait...
Avoid one plus... poor poor comapnt.... poor customer service
Never shopping at One Plus again!!!
