Thought I'd buy some One Plus Buds, bad idea. The company does nothing to ensure that your package is delivered, the courier decided not to deliver my package (I work from home), so I am always available to receive packages. I tried contacting the courier, and they just feigned ignorance.
When I contacted Oneplus, as far as they were concerned, it was no longer their problem.
I asked if they could use a different courier, they said no.
I requested a refund, and they told me I could get a refund when I return the package that was NEVER delivered.
I do not recommend trusting Oneplus with your hard earned money, as there is no real way to ensure that you will actually receive what you pay for.
