Approximately 2 months ago a software update popped up. After it was applied, my phone stopped working and I contacted OnePlus at which time I was asked to send it back for repairs. After the repair was applied and the phone sent back to me, it happened again. After the third time of sending for repairs I asked for a replacement via email to which the CSR stated they would oblige once I send the phone back however, I received the same phone back again and I am tired of applying a patch after spending $800. Customer service is terrible as it takes days of hounding for them to answer emails and calls are routed to a foreign country where the representatives cannot assist you When I purchased Samsungs, I didn't have these problems and this is the third OnePlus phone I have purchase in 4 years but it is definitely the last one.
